Hi Professor, Its Emanuel from class. This blog is very helpful. Does anyone understand the term acoustic environment? I think I got it somewhat. Something along the line we rather hear what we see. Any thoughts?
The acoustical environment is antithetical to the visual. You have no earlids. It is allatonce and from all sides. The visual, on the other hand, is rational, linear and segmented. The acoustic world of tribalism surrounds you and its information is simultaneous.
I agree that there wasn't enough time. I thought we'd have more time! Are all our tests and quizzes only goign to allow for that much time? Because that definatly was not enough!

i think that it was plenty of time. it was a quiz. you shouldnt need a half hour for a four question quiz.
The allocated time for the quiz should have been told beforehand.
